Farmington homes

Cabinets for the houses Farmington has

Farmington has about 8,500 homes and 23,900 people. Half of the homes were built in 1998 or later. 86% of the occupied homes are lived in by the people who own them.

Farmington is a newer city: 70% of its homes have been built since 1990. Builders of that time commonly fitted the same stock cabinets across a whole development. Replacing them is usually the first step in making the kitchen your own.

Housing figures: U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024.
