What we build

A bar that fits the room and what goes in it

Wet bars

A wet bar has a sink, so it is planned around a water line and a drain. We build the cabinets around both.

Coffee and espresso bars

A counter of its own for the machine, with the cups and supplies stored where you reach for them.

Display cabinets and appliances

Display cabinets for glassware and bottles, and openings sized for the appliances you plan to put in.

The cabinets follow from a handful of choices. Bring your answers and we can start drawing.

Where the bar goes: the basement, the dining room, or a corner of the kitchen.
A sink or no sink.
Which appliances it holds, and the size of each.
Whether people sit at it, and how many.
What you want on show, and what you want behind doors.

Zaxx creates cabinetry in a wide array of colors, finishes, designs and styles, and we use only high-quality natural materials, so it stays as good as the day it was installed for a long, long time.

How long does a custom home bar take?

Our custom line is normally ready in about four weeks.

Can you build around a refrigerator or wine cooler?

Yes. Our home bars are planned with room for appliances. Tell us which ones and we size the openings for them.

Do you install the bar?

Our custom cabinets are delivered and installed by our own team.

Is there a guarantee?

Every Zaxx cabinet carries at least a one-year guarantee on all wood parts, which gets it through all four seasons.

Are you the cheapest option?

We won't promise to be the cheapest, and we won't be the most expensive either. We price fairly for high-quality materials and handcrafted work that lasts.
