Somerset homes

Cabinets for the houses Somerset has

Somerset has about 1,400 homes and 3,200 people. Half of the homes were built in 2002 or later. 57% of the occupied homes are lived in by the people who own them.

Somerset is a newer city: 77% of its homes have been built since 1990. Builders of that time commonly fitted the same stock cabinets across a whole development. Replacing them is usually the first step in making the kitchen your own.

Housing figures: U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024.
